WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at contact@kollectiveindulge.com with details of the product and the defect.
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
WHAT IS A PERSONAL BREAK?
In a Personal Break, you purchase product that is going to be opened live on stream at https://www.twitch.tv/kleptomism you will receive the cards that are considered to be the HITS which are the rare or better cards. Bulk can be requested, which will upgrade your minimum shipping option.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Shipments may take up 1-7 business days to ship. Please refer to the following break down for shipping:

- $10.50 shipping charge for domestic US packages (Hits & Small Bulk included)

- $16.50 shipping charge for domestic US packages (Hits & Medium Bulk included)

- $25.00 shipping charge for domestic US packages (Hits & Large Bulk included)

- Shipping is available for purchase with your live break order OR later when you decide to ship.

By purchasing from KollectiveIndulge.com you understand and agree that you are the rightful owner of the funds being used to purchase any product on the site. Any individual who initiates a chargeback for completed or fulfilled orders will be disputed. All actions and communications on the live stream will be recorded.
